Nicole talked a great talk when my friend had her consultation, which was recorded so I heard the entire 50 minutes. Friend paid $4k retainer, they wrote some emails back & forth, then Nicole sends her a bill for $1,900 and ignored all calls, texts & emails for 10 (ten) days. My friend had come to an agreement with her ex which she wanted Nicole to attend to. So after 10 days when Nicole finally called her & friend explained all this AGAIN, Nicole promptly started yelling at her, stating my friend had not given her direction. When friend proved she had via email as directed, Nicole literally freaked out screaming at her, then she quit as her lawyer. Nicole obviously has some serious issues to act in such an unprofessional manner. We are reporting her to Law Society. She is in no mental state to be practicing law.
