Hired Attorney

This piece of **** family court judge denied my only option, only avenue, only chance, that I had to start the visitation/reunion process with my children again. I, and my children are clearly victims of Parental Alienation. Ive been going back to family court on motions for more than 15 years!! everytime being given new visitation hours and every time being denied those visitation hours/days by my former partner, the mother of my children. She has violated the visitation order multiple times, over and over again during the 15 year hell she has put us through. And for no reason. This last time (October 2024) I appeared in front of Mrs. Jacalyn Walters to ask for another change in the visitation order. Expressing to her that I have been alienated from my children for the past 7 years. (Oct. 2024) judge Walters took 6 months to make a decision. She forgot about my trial. Then said there was no change in circumstances and left me without a visitation order. She took my last chance away.
