Hired Attorney

He assaulted his wife in front of their three boys and was charged by the police. Two of the boys tried to stop Beck while he was hitting his wife's head against the car window ten times. He had three court dates and told the judge each time that it was a conflict of interest for the judge since Beck allegedly had defended cases in front of the different judges. Beck slyly went into the witness room and pleaded with his son to try to get his mother to ask for a peace bond instead of going through with the trial. Beck was desperate because he knew that he would be disbarred for assaulting his wife in front of his three boys. His wife did ask for a peace bond because she did not want Beck to be disbarred. Her two older children did not believe that Beck assaulted her because Beck told them that she lied. Very unjust for Beck's wife.
