I worked with Doug and his team for a few years during my case. I got hurt at work and was told that he was one of the best lawyers around to help me get through my settlement. I was mistaken and have not been helped almost at all. I can not get them to return emails or calls. They do not fill my paperwork out and send it in when they're supposed to. They lose everything they ask for or get sent. I have to almost harass them to get anything back from them and even still I sometimes do not get anything. I do not suggest working with Doug or anyone he is partnered with.
Doug Casper is a liar and a cheat. He did next to nothing to make progress on my case. I constantly had to pursue communication with him, sometimes waiting up to 2 weeks for a call back, if he called me back at all. He never pursued getting lost wages for me, even though he said he would, and I went out of my way several times to provide him with the necessary pay stubs and paperwork at his request. He lost every appeal but one on a legitimate case and I got a pittance for a settlement.Crook
