Dennis Gaughan Attorneys is a law firm established in 1984 with an office in Hamburg, NY. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing bankruptcy, bankruptcy chapter 7, bankruptcy chapter 11 and 23 other areas of law.
We were using the attorneys located on south park in hamburg to purchase a home. Its been over a week and the fsbo seller does not have our contract. We have called a dozen times and left messages. No one returns our phone calls. This could cost us a purchase on a great home. We have to look for a new attorney now. Thanks for nothing.
Went for a consult on March 15,2019 During my consult another client was invited in by Dennis and then proceeded to discuss his case in front of me to the point that the other client apologized to me , was also having side conversations with staff during my consult . My divorce case was handed over to RJ Friedman whom I have not spoken to . No property , no minor children , no assets a simple amicable divorce. Gave them $1,300 retainer , nothing has been done to date . Beware
never filed my disability claim after 3 times i applied (or as it turns out, didnt) they are rude, gruff, unprofessional. ppl coming through the office during private consults, a strong smell of marijuana at the front desk (marie) and he would tell me things like id have to shave my goatee if i ever want a good job, among other "advice" he gave me. unwelcome advice and unrelated to my case.
