For my case, I hired a different attorney at first. 6 months later, not one single thing had been accomplished on my behalf. I came to Dinah for help, because I was referred to her by my husband (she handled his past divorce and got him full-custody of his daughter too). After having a consultation with Dinah, she took on my case without hesitation. She was encouraging, supportive, and always professional. When we went to court, she was early, dressed conservatively, very respectful in the court
I am not a client but a defendant in regards to Ms Stallings, and I just reakky have a question first, is she a real lawyer who actually handles cases within the court system adhereing to her oath as a lawyer and not just pulling a fast one over someone. My husband hired her 6 months ago and I have only talked to her office once and she has resoonded to my emails at her convenience, seeing that I do not have a lawyer yet (cant afford one) I was hoping that she would atleast be professional and follow the law and a lil understanding in terms of if I had a question of what is going on with our divorce, and since I do not have a lawyer, I was hoping she could atleast tell me, well theres an upcoming courtdate or I talked to your ex and this is what he wants from this divorce besides just the having been served papers through his personal server. SO 6 months into the divorce, divorce is still pending because my ex refuses to accept my counter petition and Dinah only answer is pretrial.
