I had a slip and fall accident. Mr. Fenstersheib had a mediation conducted for me and now left me hanging and not paid. The insurance company paid $50,000 but Mr. Fenstersheib refuses to make the distribution of the money for bills, and for whatever is left for me. He is not a professional who finishes the jobs he began. He sent me to too many doctors asking them to do surgery when I did not require it.

I really don't understand how a law firm would receive more, than their client after a suit. My lawsuit was Settled out of court, but I had to still pay court fees, and a lot of other miscellaneous fees on top of that. My case ended up lasting longer than it should've and I was pretty much left with paying that bill too. This law firm was terrible on the way they had handled my cases, I ended up paying for things that should've been asked for during the negotiation process. I would never use this firm again.
