Gary Levine is a corrupt uneducated 'errand boy' for corrupt government services it says he's on an appeal commission and that would be for Department of Community Services- he doesn't know how to sign and date legal documents yet claims to be a lawyer- he doesn't listen to the testimony of women or disabled people- he deliberately n flagrantly ignores medical evidence and favours that of government who are not qualified to make medical decisions- in one situation he claimed that a practitioner was unable to practice in Nova Scotia because it didn't say so on her website- that is as stupid as saying I'm not allowed to drive in any other provinces because my driver's license doesn't say I can- he ignored obvious acts of corruption by the government who I was in appeal with and he started my hearing 55 minutes late- told me how to speak- told me to hurry up- told me to stay on script and refused to book a second day to make up for the hour that he goofed around on he took direction govt
So I wrote a review about him on a previous appeal matter where he's the government errand boy and he was again assigned,against my written wishes, to another appeal matter because of his corruption. I just found out that he proceeded with a hearing knowing that as soon as I heard his name that I removed myself from what I know to be a corrupt hearing he proceeded with that hearing as a lawyer knowing I would not partake with his corruption his misogyny and his ability to promote and protect the psychopathic lawyers and case workers for NS government in the hearing. Gary Levine is truly a bottom feeder- the discrimination against women and disabled people in Nova Scotia is already appalling- the biggest perpetrators are DCS and DOJ government employees so all the more the adjudicators need to be unbiased and ethical in dealing with these depraved situations..Gary Levine is one of the problems of the system..he is a paid adjudicator to support the government to harm disabled women
