Over a period of about 20 years, and while working at 3 different companies, I have had the honor and pleasure to work with Warren. He has to be one of the best patent attorneys that have worked with, and would absolutely work with him again should the opportunity arise. Warren did a great job for our firm. He prosecuted many patents that we ultimately sold for a large multiple of the patent prosecution cost.

Billing is very complicated. I received a separate bill for every minor sub-issue in what was just a single patent filing. Keeping track of what was done seemed deliberately obfuscated. Attorney does not de minimis "no charge" billing. Most attorneys don't charge you $100 to leave a message on your machine asking you to call them back. Likewise, administrative matters handled by a secretary are billed at rates some attorneys would envy. Good substantive work, however.
