My Bro. got his name off of the Deed to my house. This Schilt guy (old dude), wouldn't give me the ORIGINAL DEED that the Washington County Court issued me. I had to practically camp out at his stinky office in order to demand my ORIGINAL DEED! No REASON that this old guy should keep the original Deed to my house. SNAKE IN THE GRASS! BEWARE doing business with this narcissist, controlling old lawyer. Sir, your "Ma'am" has no clout here! Retire already!
