Very expensive and not worth the price. The attorney was competent. However it usually took at least two tries to get a response to anything from a single emailed question to a request for a phone call. As for the care coordinator, she was unreliable - dipping in and out of the scene. The most concerning piece was that they work with a limited home care company network (you can see their pictures all over the firm’s Facebook page). I most often felt the coordinator had the best interest of these companies in her work, and not the client. I often found our own home care via Google, as we couldn’t rely on Bratton for follow through and the companies they work with were definitely not the most economical.

Hired Law Firm

Absolutely the worst. I thought things were good during the consultation. I left and stopped to use the restroom in the facility. With my penis in my hand this man already called me asking for money and I hadn't even left the building yet. He was to get the bond for the guardianship reduced as my mother's assets have reduced greatly and he was to help get the house on the market. Seven months and thousands of dollars later absolutely nothing is done. Didn't reduce the bond and didn't do any motions in court to get the house listed. The second appraiser (which was their person they deal with) took the check and gave no report. If you want to use your money as toilet paper then he is your guy. He also was going to charge me 20k in order to in essence set up a trust and defraud medicare. He wants your money and does not represent you or your loves one honestly
