Hired Attorney

Barbara Lanza Farley is one of the most incompetent attorneys I have ever known. I was a testamentary executor of my father's estate, and Ms. Farley advised me to step down and allow the court to appoint an executor. She NEVER explained that I would have no right to step back up or get rid of the court appointed executor. The CTA looted the estate. I paid Ms. Farley approx $100,000 to try to remove him unsuccessfully, then she admitted at the very end that she didn't have the expertise to do so.
