Hired Attorney

I had a very negative experience with this attorney and his representation of Johnson Cadillac in Budd Lake, NJ. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns about being sold a vehicle as “Certified” that failed Cadillac’s own safety checklist (struts, control arms, alignment), I was sent a threatening cease-and-desist letter in an attempt to silence me. This attorney chose to defend a dealership’s misrepresentation rather than consider the serious public safety issues involved. Consumers deserve legal professionals who fight for truth and accountability, not lawyers who take the easy payday by covering up unsafe practices. If you are looking for someone who will genuinely protect consumers or stand up for what is right, I cannot recommend this law firm. My full, documented story is at BadCadillac.com
