Tyler M. Stewart is an associate at O’Cathain Law Group, where he practices personal injury law. Tyler was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall School of Law in 2021. During his time at Seton Hall, Tyler displayed a passion for serving others by participating in the Seton Hall Health Justice Clinic, where he provided legal assistance to veterans seeking disability benefits.
After graduating from law school, Tyler served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John D. O’Dwyer, P.J.Cv., where he handled a diverse range of civil litigation matters. This invaluable experience not only deepened his understanding of the inner workings of the judicial system but also granted him a unique insight into the way judges analyze and decide complex legal issues. Tyler’s experiences have cultivated a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and critical thinking—essential tools that he now brings to the table at O’Cathain Law Group, where he continually strives to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
