The worst, if you want to waist time and money go here. I wouldn’t recommend this slop to a person who wants to be in a position to see their separation go smoothly. They are more into running your retainer dry. Your donation of $5k won’t get you results. I recommend going to a different lawyer. This is a terrible idea if your looking for a lawyer and plan on working hard to pay these mosquitoes.

Courtney gets rude and will take the other client’s side. Even though I specifically told her to do her homework she stayed quiet at court as the judge took wrong decisions. As it happened, I told her to get up and do her job but she shushed me as the judge stripped away my daughter’s rights and took away visitation weekends. Wanna feel like a clown at court? Trust her all you can.

Victoria was a nice person but the more I learn from others now that my divorce is done she was not very strong in the area of divorce. Married for 15 yrs I now pay lifetime alimony. She along with the Mediator she picked Christian L Beane said that if we went to court more than likely the judge would have granted the lifetime alimony. She said that she was a fighter but I never saw that side except for when my ex would call her names.

I really had a pretty terrible experience. My ex was/is an abusive, self-serving person who hired a shark of attorney that helped him continue to be abusive. Victoria frequently made me feel like I was ridiculous and on-par with his behavior. She confused information, didn't read my emails and I had to repeat myself over and over again. I eventually terminated her services and found a new attorney who represented me well, understood my position and protected my interests without making me feel like a fool. Victoria really just wanted the case to settle as easily as possible. Her disorganization, however, made everything that much more complicated. I have a background in family and criminal law myself but never felt more sidelined that I did in this process with her representation. She's a nice person. Probably great to get drinks with, but not your advocate in a complex situation.

I have never paid someone $350/hour to be yelled at, pressured, told I am ridiculous. This attorney did not fight for me at all and presented misinformation to the judge and me.
