Poor attention to detail, with emails containing several typos and grammar errors, formatting mistakes etc. In one instance she copied my sensitive case information to a person who had nothing to do with the matter. This lady should retire and offer free services, because that is the quality you receive at this point. Unprofessional and not vested in the client.
