Got the job done.
He was very hard to reach and never returned your phone calls. However, he was very honest, to the point and up front with his information. He always was in court when needed and followed through on requests, you just had to stay on top of him to make sure he got the task completed. (Either he was forgetful or over loaded with clients.) He got the job done right the first time and I was always satisfied with his results.
I felt I paid a good price for his service.
Poor Communication. Mr Low & Paralegal's never return phone calls and are never prepared or on time for a meeting or court. Constantly telling us to call back & speak w/someone else. When calling the office sent around from one Paralegal to another, then to an answering machine. Feel Russell Low falsely represented himself. He counseled and advised us one way, took our money, then filed another. To date we still have no explanation why.
