Hired Attorney

Downgrading a TRO to a civil restraining order (which has no real consequences may I add) is not always appropriate for certain client(s) ! This attorney is not accessing the client(s) unacceptable behaviors and personalities so creating a civil restraining order would not be deemed fit especially when the client(s) doesn't even want to abide with the civil restraining order. Therefore, the civil restraining order gets reverted back to the original TRO !
