Rivkin Radler LLP is a law firm with an office in Hackensack, NJ. At this office location, there are 9 lawyers practicing general civil practice, trial practice, appellate practice and 24 other areas of law.
We used this Firm for a closing. They not only made it pleasant but fielded all issues with no concern to us. Outstanding Team and a pleasure to work with.
I first contacted Rivkin and Radler thinking that I could explain what I was going through and as a courtesy be informed that their lawyers could not help me. I was in a conundrum over family succession rights, confused and afraid. I was told that I should retain the lawyer for $2500. I was shocked but desperate so I scraped up the money (though I couldn't afford it) to get some guidance. I was told that the hourly fee would be applied and I could recuperate remaining funds if no longer needed. I thought that I wouldn't be charged for more than an hour (not more than 800) but wound up with paying over $1100 all to be informed that there was nothing that they or I could do!!!! Then to recuperate my I apologize I sent your envelope to 14 Wincott instead of 16. But the neighbor who received the envelope is going to drop it in your mailbox today. I was told that the address was mistyped and the neighbor who opened my mail (a felony) would give me the check!
Jonathan Bruno did not handle my case professionally. From the beginning he kept telling me that everything is going to be fine but now I realize all of what he had told me was a lie. To protect my interests, another attorney from Rivkin Radler had to take over the case. I cannot recommend him to anyone. I don’t post reviews but sharing my incident would hopefully help protect the best interests of the public.
