Mr Dario should not be in this line of work in my opinion. Skills are weak and not very liked by past clients.

If you seek representation ask yourself do you want an attorney who settles a case for $20,000. Pays themselves $7,000, disperses a check of $1,000 to you and leaves you high and dry with over $4,000 in unpaid medical bills to fend for yourself. This is not the type of advocacy I would call having your back and fighting for your client if you ask me. Especially when your client is an elderly senior citizen. Words that best describe the level of representation afforded by Ron Dario include nonexistent, weak, not fighting for his clients, lack of negotiating medical bills down, lack of communication, zero representation, horrible experience.

Ron Dario is a completely useless lawyer. After 2 years of back and forth and complete waste of time, he just closed my case without even telling me about it. He promised big money for my injury case where the other party was completely at fault but got zero. Now I cannot even pursue my case anymore directly with the insurance company. Stay away from him.
