Audra did a wonderful job helping me through a tough situation. I had been with my employer for 22 years. I had to have a major surgery which I was able to schedule for early-November as 34 years in the business had taught me that was a less-busy time of year. The surgery was a success but required 6 weeks on short-term disability for recovery. I returned to work and then was told my job was eliminated a few weeks later. I also turned 60 that same year so it seemed pretty obvious that this was a health- and age-related issue. Audra negotiated in a civil and professional manner that convinced my former employer to substantially enhance my severance package. Thank you, Audra! You listened respectfully, strategized well and were a true partner throughout the process!

For more than a decade, my wife and I have relied on Audra L. Schwartz for her legal guidance on matters of contracts with insurance companies, helping with probate and estates, and every legal situation where we needed to COMPLETELY trust and follow the guidance she provided in NJ. Most people see an attorney as a necessary expense in order to handle a legal matter. Ms. Schwartz goes FAR above and beyond, knowing how, when & where to decode today's complex legal changes. In Dec., 2021 I experienced the untimely death of my brother, a US Army veteran and a US Postal worker, Because he lived, worked and died in NYC and we were now living in SC, we needed someone to unravel the VA and the US Postal Service Benefits, and establish me as the Administrator since he had no will. She provided me with several attorneys whom she trusted to guide me. She is in every sense a true friend, a trusted advisor and the FIRST person I call for a legal matter.

When I interviewed Audra early on, she made sure I understood that living in Virginia she would not likely be able to represent me legally as her license is not here. However, she had been highly recommended to me, and since I had never been in a similar situation before, I wanted both legal and professional guidance throughout the process to enable me to transition out in an advantageous and positive way, as though I could have stayed in a different position (mine had been removed due to a merger), for a variety of personal and professional reasons the timing was right for me to leave. Audra put me at ease immediately and I felt confident along the way that she understood the specifics of my situation and gave me sound advice. Audra advised me not only from a legal perspective, but as a fellow female working professional. I can't say enough positive things. Highly recommend!

Audra was recommended to me by a former colleague and friend with a glowing recommendation. That being said, Audra surpassed by expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable, strategic and provided valuable insights when I was negotiating a retirement agreement! Her attention to detail and responsiveness were excellent. During my negotiations, I encountered a very complex tax issue and Audra readily enlisted the assistance of a tax attorney to address the specific tax issue and bring it to resolution very quickly. I am a young professional who found myself in an unfortunate situation with a previous employer. Scared and upset, I needed someone with both compassion and diligence. Ms. Schwartz provided more than that and she is just amazing. She is easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. She is SMART. She looks into every single detail and does her research. She does everything in her power to protect her client and knows when and where to be bold. My husband and I trusted her throughout the whole process and she never let us down.
