I used Mr. Spiniello many years ago for a refinancing and he was very efficient in executing proper paperwork. I therefore decided to use him again this fall after I sold my house. He rarely returned my phone calls. There was some tense moments during house inspection phase and he would only speak to me after I begged his secretary several times. When I indicated to his secretary that I needed advice, she would simply say, what do you want to do? I thought that's what I hired an attorney for.
Would not recommend. Stole $500 from me - does not care about you as an individual, just wants to get your money. Go somewhere else.
