Hired Attorney

A family member consulted this attorney about a simple probate. Information was sent to him including photos of documents and book and page numbers for locating documents related to the ownership of land. He failed to communicate about accepting the case and did nothing. He was rude to the family member on the phone. After a six month delay with nothing accomplished, he was fired. He was unprofessional, unresponsive, and arrogant in his communications (or lack thereof) with the client. No clear communication, no action, time wasted.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
