Hired to process probate of my mother’s estate and in the beginning I would get calls returned and emails returned, but for the past 6 months his office will not return calls or answer emails. I plan to report to the better business bureau this week and get another attorney seeing as it has been nearly 2 years since my mother passed and I have no idea where I stand in the probate process!!! Do yourself a favor and look for a different lawyer!!!!

I've known Jason for almost 30yrs and he scammed me too. Same as the review before this from Michael Self. Hired him in January of 2021 to do a simple probate for my parents. My mom was in renal failure and both my parents lived with me, so we were doing the probate of my grandmother's home. Paid him $3000 and he was doing all this "paperwork" for all the siblings to sign, so we could have it transferred to my parents and set up a trust. He slowly stopped returning phonecalls and now, here we are, Nov of 2023 and still not done and he hasn't answered me in 2yrs. His office is always locked and I've left SO many msgs and nothing. Zero contact with my Aunt, who was the Executor of the Will and both her and my mom have passed since then and he just doesn't care. So now, we have to find a new attorney and my Dad pay that money all over again to get this done. Please beware! All these yrs I've known him and he did it to me too! Absolutely heartless......

So surprised to see a positive review on here for Jason Savarese, especially concerning estate matters, because one month before that positive review was left, my family hired him to do a very simple will processing, with no contention, complications, etc. We paid him over $6k in april 2022 to process this through the courts so we could sell my father's home after his passing. It is now November and nothing has been filed, nothing has been done. He pushed us off for months saying he had personal issues. then sent us more paperwork to sign and promised to process the documents through the courts and file the necessary legal notices in the paper. Nothing has been done. We have not once been able to get anyone to answer the phone at his office and on the rare occasion his secretary does call back, it's during the weekend or at night and she has no information or answers about our case. We have lost thousands of dollars on the home as we do not live nearby. SCAMMER DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.
