Scott Bishop was the silver lining of a dark cloud. My world was completely turned upside down and he stepped in and made, what I would call my WORST NIGHTMARE, seem like nothing. HE MADE THE PROCESS SO MUCH EASIER AND KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME. SCOTT WOULD EVEN CALL TWICE A WEEK JUST TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING. I WAS EVEN ABLE TO TEXT HIM IF I HAD ANY QUESTION AT ALL AND NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT WAS I WOULD GET A RESPONSE. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS/THUMBS UP, I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT
