They were very cooperative and answered all of our questions, and eventually we were able to recover our real property. My elderly mother, despite her mental disabilities, has regained her quality of life and the satisfaction of being able to return to her home.

Hired Attorney Kathy Brown Brown van Zutphen

Filing for conservatorship of my husband was emotionally taxing. Mrs. Van Zutphen was knowledgeable, timely, personal, supportive and encouraging. It was a difficult conservatorship which was challenged and required an emergency court order. I was always able to contact Kathy directly through phone and e-mail. After my husband passed away, Kathy also closed the Estate. 500 characters does not allow for adequate praise, including help to protect assets. She was worth every penny!

She refused to take my case and had Rachel make up some obvious lie as an excuse!! I think 🤔, it was because I’m an Atheist and that’s why I was denied 🙅‍♂️ service. The excuse that Attorney Brown would not be available, I’m not buying it when I see her office is open now and the day before Christmas 🎄, too.
