Davis & Crump fancy themselves as fierce advocates for plaintiffs injured by defective products. Such as in the $6.1b MDL 3M earplug lawsuit. Sounds like a lot of $$$, right? Wrong. Recorded tinnitus and mild -to - severe hearing loss and the hardships as a result of it (e.g., lost wages) are worth...WAIT for it...$7k these Mississippi good ol'boys take their cut. Terrible , terrible attorneys. Should be selling Sabrett hotdogs on Bourbon St., but they'd prolly steal all the mustard and the relish, too ! What a joke and a den of thieves! Ps: Employee reviews of this firm in the web reveal D&C to be a real viper pit. No wonder they have no qualms with screwing over veterans.
I have been handling a case on behave of my mom that passed away ,on a medical device case , for almost 91/2 years now , all they keep telling me is don't give up , these things take years ...not very empathetic...I'm lucky if I get an update once a year ....very unhappy with their representation....
They drug out our case for over 7 years! Never kept in touch absolutely never kept in touch then charged me for some b******* fees calling it outside research, which I had already done all that research that's why it took me hours and money to send them the proof.... I can't even know where to start of how incompetent these people are just so frustrating and incompetent
The attorneys are never available. The staff is inexperienced and incompetent. Promises are not kept. Lies are frequent. Rude staff members. Overpriced considering the total lack of attention and communication and the fact that once they do receive your settlement funds they hang onto them for months and you must ask for the bar association to intervene in order to get your funds.
