Damian Holcomb has been serving clients along the Mississippi Gulf Coast for over a decade. A lifelong resident of Gulfport, Mississippi, he graduated from St. Stanislaus College Preparatory High School before earning a degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Mississippi State University. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law.
Mr. Holcomb began his legal career as a public defender for Hancock and Harrison Counties. He now represents clients in Hancock, Harrison, Stone, Jackson, and Pearl River Counties in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. He also serves as Prosecutor for the cities of Long Beach and Waveland. In addition to his extensive experience in criminal law, he handles corporate defense and personal injury cases.
Mr. Holcomb is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Mississippi Prosecutors Association, National Public Defender’s Association, and local bar associations. Active in his community, he is involved with The Mississippi Bar, St. James Catholic Church, Bayou Bluff Tennis Club, and various other local organizations.
