Working with Kay Lyn was a pleasure she was flexible to our schedule and able to help us understand how estate, wills, trust, etc. work and become so complicated. We feel confident that all our needs were met, and documents filed with the courts. I highly recommend Kay Lyn Beauchamp she was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable.
ABSOLUTE WORST LAWYER YOU COULD EVER GET. SHE IS RUDE, DISHONEST AND WILL NOT CHALLENGE THE STATE EVEN IF THERE IS DIGITAL FORENSIC EVIDENCE AVAILABLE. SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU , SHE WILL TELL YOU SHE DID ALL KINDS OF EXTRA WORK AND THAT MEANS NO WORK. PLEASE NOBODY USE KAY BECAUSE ITS A GUARANTEED LOOSE. SHE DONT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENT, JUST WHATEVER IS THE EASY WAY FOR HER. I HAVE FILED A GREVIENCE AGAINST HER TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION, ATTORNEY GENERAL LOUSY CRAP LAWYER . IF YOU WANT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO YELLED AT AND DELIBERATELY WANT TO HANG YOURSELF , THEN GET KAY.
My dad and I hired Kay Lyn to help with our estate planning. She has been unresponsive and rude. She always has a more important case other than ours. We waited 6 months for a start from her on the estate plan, giving her a folder of what items would be inherited. The work was done and categorized. It just needed to be formalized by lawyer. When she did send it back after almost 8 months....it was a fill in the blank form/template which had a bunch of undiscussed things she never deleted off of it..and she even stated she lost our original work and needed it to be resent. She has proven to us to be extremely sloppy and slow to finish...or even get going on projects. We are going to terminate her, even losing a lot of our money, and hire someone else. She is so behind she never even sends bills or any documents about terms. Stay away from this lawyer if you need timely and efficent work filed.
Hiring Kay Lyn was a huge mistake. She is lazy, arrogant and the worst excuse giver we have ever heard. I have children and thought I have heard all the excuses, but this lawyer will blow your mind with unprofessional lies. She is rude to talk with and literally has an excuse ready for anything. She offers a fair price but it the end, she wins because she rarely completes tasks. We are waiting for her to finish things that she has had over a year to do. Someone or something will always be more important that YOU! No matter if you give her the money up front. Highly disappointed. She should not take cases that she cannot handle, if she can't make basic deadlines. She goes on and on about how her dad was a lawyer. He must have built the business up and then she put it in ruins. You will be disappointed with her "service".
KayLyn has very little to no Criminal Law knowledge. She doesn't communicate & tells you that she's doing "everything she can do" on your case. She's extremely rude & hateful. She gives false information, false legal advice & lies about the "work" she does on the case. She also communicates with opposing parties involved in the case after hours. She will charge you, but is absolutely unable to provide the correct and/or fair legal representation that you pay for. She's also unable to provide proof of any "work" she did or copies of paperwork she "received for your case". She also does not stand behind her own Attorney / Client Agreement. The only thing she's somewhat good at is misleading you. If you want any kind of chance at winning your case, DO NOT HIRE KAY.
