Very professional. Went for a very complicated real estate transaction. They had all the paperwork ready, all their Ts crossed and Is dotted. Despite the confusing nature of the transaction, Mr. Hoops knew exactly what he was doing, and took the time to explain every paper we signed. I have little understanding of real estate law, and was quite intimidated by the whole process, but Mr. Hoops and his staff were nothing but friendly, professional and understanding.

Peter Hoops represents Branford Manor state housing in Groton and will send out multiple eviction notices with out even looking into the file. This has happened to multiple people in the complex and then he tries to bully them into paying for his legal fees even though most of the tenants should not have been served with eviction notices. Keep in mind that these are women in low income housing that are already struggling and even after it is proven that they are up to date on their rent,
