I was totally unhappy with the Job he did. The first time when we hired him, he came to my house and was very nice and professional, but after that it was different, for instance we would come to his office and he would act like if he was mad. He also confused me once with one of his other clients. But the part the gets me little upset is that he would not be wanting to negotiate more with the adjuster. At some point I felt that I did the whole negotiation. He is very mean. I want to help people
When I hired an attorney, I thought I was gaining an advocate who would protect me and look out for my rights. Instead, I experienced more stress and problems from Mr. Gilbert than I did my significant disabling injuries from the accident. He admitted to looking out for his own interests, not mine.
