Joseph ("Joe") O'Keefe, a native of Philadelphia, boasts a distinguished legal career marked by a shift from Pennsylvania-focused endeavors to a nationwide practice specializing in complex commercial real estate transactions, business and real estate litigation, and the defense of serious crimes.
Educated at Villanova's School of Law, Joe obtained his Juris Doctorate and further honed his skills with an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. With over twenty-five years of successful practice in Pennsylvania, Joe eventually made the strategic decision to relocate to Colorado.
Throughout his career, Joe has been a dedicated educator, imparting over a thousand continuing legal education credits on diverse topics, including Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and trial strategy. He holds admissions to practice in various jurisdictions, including the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court of Colorado, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
