I hired Dan after I could not settle my case at mediation with another attorney. My fight was real as I hoped to convince a Judge what was right for my kids. Before I hired Dan, I read the reviews that talked about his fantastic courtroom skills. The team at Ammarell Deasy put it into overdrive to get us ready (my prior attorney was not on top of things) and when we went to Court, I was as prepared as I could have been. Once we were in Court, Dan did everything right. He just whipped the other attorney at everything. The Judge listened to everything we said and decided things the right way. None of that happens with another attorney. When the stakes are highest, Dan and his firm is the only choice!
I had three attorneys prior to working with Dan in a really difficult divorce. From the minute I met him at his office, I knew he was the right guy for the job. I always knew he would fight for me until the very end. We settled outside of Court but it took some time to finally get there. He even helped me work out payment of my prior attorneys. Sometime soon I felt mountains had to be climbed, but at the end of the day he delivered everything he said he would, and we got everything I wanted for my child. I won’t ever forget that.

She's a powerful advocate. That is transcended by the fact that she is a horrible time manager, forgets to answer email, doesn't return calls, bills excessively and then blames her shortcomings on her staff. Her "passion" got her on our judges bad side more than once. I don't feel like she was respectful or tactful in her dealings with other parties and counsel. I rated her poorly overall because her lack of attention to detail caused me to lose our case. And it looks like I might have to pay legal expenses for the other side. Too many good lawyers out there that will listen to you and be your voice.
