I never knew what Whelan was doing on my case. I asked to see draft copies of motions, important correspondence, etc. (I found errors/inaccuracies) and was told this is not possible as she doesn't operate that way. I never received copies of filings, correspondence,etc. Her responses to my questions, if they came at all, were very untimely. I never received any valuable strategy or counsel and often times found it necessary to respond w/o her input. Not sure how my retainer was spent.
