Mr. Yarborough is an excellent attorney. Having commissioned him for a few cases, he has been excellent in handling my cases, communication of rights/laws and what should, could and couldn't be done. He has been able to get everything I have asked for in all my cases and I still have one pending and thus far has gotten me what we set out to gain in the case.

Extremely professional and efficient. Always returned my calls within 24 hours. He handled my situation with sincere respect and made the very difficult journey for my family much more tolerable. I don't know how we would have gotten through without him. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking an attorney that listens to your concerns, respects you and will always keep your best interests in mind. I'm very pleased with how he handled my case.

I was a half owner in a house in Greenville. I had 20 thousand dollar as a down payment in the house. My son sued me to remove me from the deed. I hired Yarborough to either get my 20 thousand dollars back or get me the house. He convinced me to give my share of the house to my son without taking anything out and forfeiting my share. He cost me 15 thousand dollars for nothing but a 20 thousand dollar loss. What a sucker he made out of me. I hope he does not practice anymore, he is destructive.

I had a partition action filed against me for my house, in which I was half owner. I had twenty thousand dollars into the house. Yarborough did nothing for a fee of 15 thousand dollars, but convince me to forfeit the house to the other party. I would have been better off just walking away or going into court by myself. If you hire this "individual" you are taking a big chance.
