gave us an excellent prep for our case, explaining the good and bad, so we knew exactly what to expect.

Hired Attorney Mr. Sidney Wike Jr.

He is a nice person. He does not always communicate well with his clients. However, he did negotiate well for us and was able to reduce the amount that the court ask for significantly. I was really impressed with his negotiating abilities. The whole process took much longer than we originally anticipated. I do not know if that was his fault or just a result of the system. I will give him the benefit of thinking it was the system. In the end was good considering it was a "bankruptcy".

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
