Don Pilzer has practiced in the field of Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) since 1982, and is exclusively a Social Security disability lawyer.
Don has argued at all levels of the Social Security appeal process. He has represented numerous clients in U.S. District Court. He’s also a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Beyond his legal work, Don has received the Chairman’s Award from The Better Business Bureau of the Foothills for 15 years of outstanding community service. He has served on the board of United Ministries to provide food and shelter for the homeless, and for the Gateway House to provide housing and pre-vocational services to mentally ill adults. In both his professional and his personal life, Don is someone you want on your side.
Don studied law at the Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina.
