Hired Attorney

The services of Brian Wade Law Firm were about average. We were not familiar with procedure of South Carolina Real Estate transactions and were left in the dark as to a closing date and date of possession. We also were not upraised of procedure for transfer of funds at closing and had to locate someone at our N.Y. bank, at the last moment, by phone, to vouch for us so that funds could be transferred.
