W. Gregory Duke, Attorney at Law Pro

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Duke for the past year, almost two years I believe for child custody, child support and to fight the charges against me brought up my ex-husband. Mr. Duke has been the very best lawyer I could have asked for. During one of the most traumatic times in my life, Mr. Duke took my cases on and helped me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Being new to NC and only having one sibling with me here, I didn't have many people to rely on and having Mr. Duke as my lawyer made it easier to breathe. I do not know what I would have done without him. Mr. Duke has a reputation of being sharp and I will say he is! He misses nothing and he is always assessing and calculating steps for your case. I trust him completely at this point and never have to worry or stress if he is on the case. He is my lawyer for life at this point. If you are looking for a lawyer, Mr. Duke is the BEST! Hands down, and you won't regret hiring him.

Mr. Duke was the attorney for my daughter's custody and child support case. As a layman, we don't always understand what is going on and the procedures involved. Mr. Duke navigated through all that with her getting the desire results. This kind of thing can be stressful and very emotional. He is the attorney to get you through it.

Prior to retaining he was great. While I will admit there was a delay in my retainer fee to Mr. Duke he did receive it post haste and well before my custody hearing but he basically disappeared after that. Calls and emails if not ignored were met with short and curt replies and his advice and guidance after the court ordered a custody evaluation? ABSENT, literally. At the time I didn't realize the obligation he had to at least tell me what to expect.. He disappeared. BTW, I owe him no $$,, FYI.
