Hired Attorney Mr. Jon G. Nuckolls

Jon was amazing at terminating my failed marriage. He was kind and compassionate but also helped me to be strong and effective. He held my hand through court and was very comforting. He is a top notch family lawyer who I highly recommend.

Hired Law Firm

I would recommend hiring anyone other than David Silver to handle an estate/probate. Apparently, this is his specialty, but we found him to be non-responsive, insulting and incompetent. After many frustrating months of dealing with him (two weeks while he was on vacation), we have had to extend probable for another 3 months because of his lack of follow-up for the notice of death in the newspaper. The important items that we actually needed him to take care of were never done.
