Lanier Law Group, P.A. is a law firm with an office in Greenville, NC. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing personal injury, auto accident, construction accident and 13 other areas of law.
I wasn't going to hire a lawyer for my no at fault auto accident until I had more injuries then I thought. I went in to talk to one of their Lawyers and team members and changed my mind. It was the best decision I could have made. I especially want to thank Shea Wilkins and Brianna who did all the work for me, so I didn't have to stress anymore. My case was just settled and after a year and a half. I'm very impressed the way they both handled everything in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Lanier Law Group!
Lanier Law Group has been absolutely wonderful! I had no idea how to handle my injury but Bobby Jenkins and Virginia Andrews have been the BEST! Bobby has went above and beyond for me and Virginia has kept me up to date on everything happening. I feel like they have treated me just like family. I wholeheartedly recommend the Lanier Law group especially Ashley and Bobbi for going above and beyond to help me make sense of the SSA system. Bobbi was very understanding and helpful answering all of my emails and any questions I had. My attorney Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and professional and took the time to understand my case. Lanier Law Group did an outstanding job supporting my daughter’s Supplemental Security Income determination based on disability. From our first meeting, they were upfront that the process would take at least 2 years and that my daughter would probably be denied twice before being scheduled for a hearing with a judge for the third review. The law firm called us every month; prepared all documentation; delivered opening/closing comments at the hearing; and fully explained the contingency fee.
I pretty much handled my own claim but needed to consult an attorney on how the auto insurance companies handled Medical Payments and Under-insured claims.
This is the most unprofessional, unresponsive, unethical law firm I have ever come into contact with. They contacted me, presented themselves as to having my best interest at heart. Do not trust anything they tell you, it is all about the money they can collect for the FIRM!
DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM FOR SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY. I went to this law firm after a bad experience with my first law firm and apparently my second claim has been denied through my first law firm and it took Lanier Law group almost a year (while I was thinking they were working on my claim) to find out I had been denied 1 yr ago and need to reapply. I am now out a year of time when I could have reapplied and been in this process again. I am absolutely shocked at the level of Incompetence.
