He agreed to take my son's case but I could never get a hold of him. I left dozens of messages but he wouldn't call me back. I finally drove 3 hours to talk to him and he said he didn't get the messages. I finally asked for my $5000 back and I only got less than $2000. If he really did all the work he said he did he sure didn't tell me any of it.
I fired him as my family law lawyer. Then found out from my new lawyer he never turned in my hair sample drug test or medical records to counsel and because of this my court date pushed off for Six months. He disliked me very much. He’s not used to, nor has any empathy for males who suffer from emotional abuse that comes from ex spouses, which caused me to lose my mind for 4 months, (I couldn’t even work I was so insane from the gaslighting and having my character defamed/false allegations. So false, my kids have no Idea where I am or what happened. I have emails proving I sent my drug test to him and the dates he pulled my medical records. He cost me an extra 9 months of not seeing my kids. I asked him for my court date three months straight and he wouldn’t tell me. I had to find out for the clerks office and called him and told him, and he said “now now, we can have that date changed.” He never did. I fired him. So glad I did.
