I hired Brian’s office for a criminal case. I worked mostly with his associate Ken Noga. Ken was very knowledgeable. He was upfront and honest about the time frame and the issues my son may have. He didy sugar coat which I appreciated. If I asked questions, he answered promptly. I also need to mention Meredith in the office. She is a gem. I think the office is a great choice for any criminal case.

Hire someone else ! I hired him to represent me and every court date I had bedsides the first and last he sent a different attorney .he nothing but a salesmen I am a father of four and this man took advantage of that . I filed a complaint with the board against him already waiting for the outcome. He answers all the time untill you give him you money then GOOD LUCK . I went to the office left messages with the secretary. Left multiple voicemails and text . It's took a month a a half of me nagging to get ahold of a lawyer I paid 3500 to do nothing but scare me into a plea ! Con man

He worked with my dad from the start of both of their careers as lawyers and worked out of my fathers law office for many many years. He was the first person my parents told they were pregnant to, asked to be my godfather, and babysat me as a child. We were extremely close with this man. Until he betrayed my entire family and took my rapists defense case. Not only did he swear he wouldn’t take my case, he swore not to take me to trial either. And he did. Do you know how traumatizing it is to have a man you’ve idolized and adored your entire life call you a liar in front of a courtroom of people for seeking out justice for your sexual assault? Do you really want involvement with a man that clearly cares more about a check than moral values?? A man that was willing to throw away an almost lifetime friendship and support system for a little money? Brian Aston a dishonest dirtbag. STAY FAR AWAY!
