Hired Attorney

Ashley was recommend to me by a person who had a rather easy divorce with no child custody. My divorce was not complicated and did have child custody. If you are looking for an attorney that will keep you informed and updated on your case. She is NOT for you. Unfortunately Ashley does not respond to emails or text messages. There was always an excuse for why she has done nothing for your case. (No response from opposing counsel, issue with the judge or always in court.) If my ex and I did not come to an agreement on our divorce it would still be going on. I am disappointed especially because in the beginning I thought she was going to be a great attorney and recommended other clients to her. Now it is just sad that they have hired her and can’t get their divorces finalized because of the lack of communication. I wish I would have read her reviews from other clients because everyone states the same comments of no communication before recommending her.

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
