Mr. Kobrin was a noble warrior getting this salesman commissions owed from my former employer. I was in a tough spot caregiving my war hero Pop - we needed the money. I have the utmost respect for his intelligence, tenacity and ethics.
Mr. Kobrin lost focus of what we wanted, and worked to achieve his goal of getting a win. When my goal is and always has been, to get my money back. Mr kobrin does not meet the NC Bar Association requirements for communication. He will never make the first call and in most cases will not return your calls or emails. My goal was to retrieve the money taken by a contractor that didn't do what he said he would. Mr kobrin quit after getting the contractor to plead guilty to breachof contract. The contractor and mr kobrin both have my money and i have nothing to show for it. It seem the win was more important to mr kobrin than what i hired him for, retrieving my money. Very disappointed.
