Although I am VERY new to and in this process, from my consultation, I am so comfortable with her representation. Her paralegal Jami as well. Very knowledgeable, very responsive and in my emotional state, this is exactly what I need right now. I consulted with 3 attorneys, and she was my fourth. I hired her that same day. I am pretty good at following my gut and so far, I am very pleased. LOL....I'll be back when this case is over but right now, it's 5 stars for me!

Without a shadow of a doubt, Ashley Bennington is the BEST CIVIL LAWYER IN GUILFORD COUNTY. Let me tell you why …….because she is not only a great lawyer; but she is a person who takes a personal interest in you and your legal situation. Let me describe for you why she gets 5 stars. I have been in and around the Courts of NC for over 23 years and Ashley’s honest and integrity is unquestionably the best I have ever worked with. In summary, my civil case began in 2022, and I met with Ms. Bennington and we agreed on a legal retainer which was very reasonable. She gave me sound advice, and my case stalled as a reconciliation was attempted. Ms. Bennington refunded me all my retainer without any issue or question. When the case restarted, I went back to Ms. Bennington and worked with her on my child custody case for almost 2 ½ years, ending in a trial win for sole custody with extreme circumstances. I experienced very personal care and genuine concern from Ashley throughout my case.

I worked with Mr Klein on a Litigation case as a plaintiff, I met with Mr Klein and we discussed the case and what impressed me the most about him he listened to me very well, my concerns and gave me a very sound legal advice. He was NOT pushy at all. We worked on the case for a while and during this time, I felt very comfortable and trusting him with my case for several reasons, he always answered and returned my phone calls very quickly, and responded to my emails in a short period of time. His fees were very responsible and he did not charge me left and right. He always put my self interest ahead of his, he is very knowledgeable with the law and very competent and excellent experienced lawyer, and the same qualities for his entire team and staff.
