Hired Attorney

During a challenging period in my life, I engaged the services of this attorney. Unfortunately, I experienced many difficulties, including limited responsiveness and a lack of professionalism during our interactions. Ultimately, I decided to retain a different attorney, and I am grateful for that decision. A competent and considerate legal representative can make a significant difference, and I found that this attorney did not meet those standards. Communication was not as clear or supportive as I had hoped, and the level of service did not align with the fees charged.

Hired Attorney

Hiring Kitty Hatfield was the biggest waste of money. Unless she is making a ton of money off of you she will not help. I needed assistance in calculating child support, a simple worksheet. It took me months to get anything done, and only did so after calling and emailing multiple times a week.
Kitty Hatfield clearly does not care about families or helping her clients. I would never recommend her as a family lawyer. In fact I have advised several people to look elsewhere.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
