VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAST.
My case was given to him by a sick man and they had little to no communication and stole my money. When I say stole .. instead of refunding my money back they transferred it without my permission without asking me if I wanted him to work my case . I believe this was very unprofessional of him to even accept it without talking to the person who ticket it was. I’m pretty sure all the cases he takes over will have same problem. Jim Swisher wasn’t sick he wouldn’t have done us like this ! His assistant sucks as well … they only want money.
