Mr. Duncan was thoroughly professional, engaging, and respectful while also being entertaining and doing a perfect job of walking us through our bankruptcy with minimal damage to our assets and reputations.
Mr. Duncan's office was extremely timely, efficient and customer friendly. Each team member had a wealth of knowledge about the process and made me feel very comfortable about the process. Highly recommend.
Family practice, really liked Damon, wife attorney seemed to not care as much. Damon was great.
Four law firms said I'm judgment proof--all but Duncan--and advised me against filing bankruptcy as not necessary or advantageous in my case--simple math. It's also notable that Damon Duncan was the only attorney I consulted with who said Chap 7 might be an option. It's not. Again, simple math. Its a simply matter of dishonesty and misleading potential clients just to get them to sign on. He also legally advised that I should lie and not disclose that my son is living with me when he is and that I may need to get a car loan to up my expenses when I'm trying to get out of debt This was absurd and demonstrates a genuine lack of integrity. Lastly, the fee agreement, the video explaining it because it's a hot, scary mess, and the barrage of reminder emails to Sign Here!! leave an overwhelming impression that this is a firm pushing clients through a mill with little ethical consideration for what is best for their situation.
