Hired Attorney

Does the bare minimum. I have been waiting over 10 months and he still hasn't filed any of the motions I asked to be filed, one of them being for compassionate release act due to covid 19 and my medical conditions. He failed to argue my case in court and I am very disappointed in his representation.
